Welcome to the User Agreement for Tradesns Corporation. This agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. In order to become a Tradesns user, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Tradesns Privacy Policy and this Terms of User, the Terms of User shall control. Nothing in this Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you may not use nor access our services.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the Tradesns service indicates your acceptance of the amended User Agreement.

Description of Service

Tradesns is an online service offered for the global trader to enable you manage your social relationship. Tradesns provides you with the capability of managing your social relationship and contact list, helps you find more opportunities on business, jobs, searching people etc.

We reserve the right of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice.

Tradesns may charge User for some items of Services, in this circumstance, it will be notified on the related web page. If you refuse to pay it, you may not use nor access this service

You understand and agree that Tradesns has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other content maintained or transmitted by Users themselves.

You agree that:

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself for registration and maintain and promptly update the above information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you offer any false, untrue or misleading information or Tradesns deems it false, untrue or misleading, we have the right to terminate, temporarily or permanently, your Tradesns account, and may remove your access of Tradesns Service (or any part thereof).

Account and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your Account. And you are responsible for all activities that occur in your account. You agree that:

You notify Tradesns immediately of any unauthorized account use or security problems.

Please sign out safely when you finish using Tradesns Service. Traesns is in no way responsible for any loss or damages that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your user account and password.

User Conduct

  • You understand and agree that Traesns has the rights to inspect and delete any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of the Agreement.
  • You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Tradesns services.
  • With respect to all content that you select to post to any publicly accessible areas of the service, you agree to give Tradesns a irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and display such contents (in whole or part)all over the world.
  • You agree to obey any laws or regulations of People's Republic of China and any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks. You promise not to use Tradesns Service to do any activities unlawful or malfeasant.
  • You understand and agree not to use the Tradesns Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to conspiring to violate laws.

  • Offend the online User, post content or initiate communications which are hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail,' 'spam,' 'chain letters,' 'pyramid schemes,' or any other form of solicitation.
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous
  • Falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym, or misrepresenting your current or previous positions and qualifications, or your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present.
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate communications which include information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate communication that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

    • International Use

    Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the People's Republic China or the country in which you reside.

    Dissention between Tradesns Users

    You are obliged to any dissention between you and other Tradesns Users. Tradesns has no responsibility to supervise the dissention.

    Privacy

    You privacy is our top concern. We will never sell, exchange, or otherwise share your any information with third parties, unless required by law or in accordance with your instructions

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    You understand and agree that

    (1) Tradesns makes no warranty that

  • the Tradesns Service will meet your requirements
  • the Tradesns Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • the results that may be obtained from use of the Tradesns Service will be accurate or reliable
  • the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Tradesns Service will meet your expectations
  • any errors in the software will be corrected

    • (2) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Wealink Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

    (3) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Tradesns or through or from the Tradesns service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this User Agreement.

    Limitation of Liability

    You expressly understand and agree that Tradesns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Tradesns has been advised of the possibility of such damages).

    Law

    The User Agreement between you and Traesns will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You and Traesns all agree to submit the dispute about Traesns services to arbitration, but Traesns reserve the right to select the litigation manners and the courts having jurisdiction over the appellant matter.

    Others

    At the time you become a Traesns member you agree to be bound by the terms of these Terms of Service. Traesns exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect.
